One-on-One Kickboxing:
Boxing/kickboxing lessons available, 1-on-1 or small groups. Technical and tactical skills, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning utilizing:

* Focus mitts and Thai pads drills

* Bag work

* Shadow boxing

* Sparring drills

* Sparring

Kickboxing is an excellent compliment to weight training, both for increased fat burning, muscle tone, flexibility and coordination. 

Mark has trained and sparred with some of the best: Maurice Smith (WKA/ISKA World Heavyweight Kickboxing Champion, K-1 fighter), Curtis Schuster (ISKA World Super Heavyweight Muay Thai Champion, K-1 fighter) and Haru Shimanishi (WKA Trainer of the Year).
