Using his 10+ years experience as a top athletic trainer/fitness trainer has created the ultimate total-body workout combining work for functional strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, coordination and flexibility.
3 one-hour sessions per week for 4 weeks. Meeting Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 4 weeks.

Field drills - dynamic balance and flexibility
Circuit Training - dynamic circuit, strength-endurance circuilt, core-strength circuit.
Cool-down - static stretching
About the instructor: Mark Ginther has over 20 years experience in sports, martial arts, and strength training. He has worked with numerous athletes including Michael Hawkins of the NBA and Mari Katayama of the LPGA, as well as several pro kickboxers and MMA fighters.
Mark has appeared in and written for numerous industry publications including columns in Full Contact Fighter and Iroman Japan.
